2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  1. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery upon arrival, and the item will be returned to us.
  2. Refunds for refused deliveries will be processed after deducting applicable shipping or handling charges.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain categories cannot be cancelled once ordered, including:

  2. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  3. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  1. If payment was made online, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
