When are funds released?

After the order review, an administrator approves release. Payout timing is shown separately in your transaction.

What happens if the buyer does not respond?

The order still goes through review. A waiting period runs from delivery, and once it passes an administrator decides on release.

How do refunds and disputes work?

Report the problem from your order. Release is paused while the case is reviewed, and if it is upheld the funds are returned to you instead of paid to the seller.

Which currencies and payment methods are available?

This depends on your country and the payment method used. Cash on delivery is not covered, because the money never passes through VENDORRE.
